The 110kV substation project of the national wind power testing center located in Zhangbei County has started construction recently and is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of this year. It is understood that the substation is a key link of the project of the national wind power research and testing center, realizing four world firsts and creating ten national firsts.

 

The testing center is the first national wind power research and testing center at present, with an estimated total investment of 240 million yuan. The project includes 30 test stands and wind power and energy storage research and testing facilities. After the completion of the project, it will achieve four world firsts, namely, the first wind power test base with grid adaptability detection, the first wind power test base with low-voltage ride through characteristic detection, the first wind power test base with low-frequency wind turbine R & D and test capability, and the first wind power test base with research and test of joint operation of multiple energy storage and wind power.

 

The construction of 110 kV substation of national wind power detection center will also create ten national firsts, that is, the first 110 kV fully digital intelligent substation in China; The integration of measurement, control and protection is realized in 110 kV for the first time; For the first time, the problem of wave recording is solved by decentralized wave recording, and the system stability is improved qualitatively; Realize the programmed operation of primary and secondary equipment of substation for the first time; It is the first time to intelligently integrate the secondary circuit of 35 kV Switch; The non electric quantity protection of transformer is realized by network for the first time, and the fault rate of main transformer is reduced by 90%; The distributed local installation of "process layer" equipment in substation is realized for the first time; The network transmission of "process layer" sampling value in substation is realized for the first time; Realize the closed-loop test of protection action for the first time; The integrated design of protection management system and monitoring system is realized for the first time.
