1、 Product development and process design

All our technical process documents use CAD design drawings, carefully identify, review, verify and mark various designs and design changes, and obtain the approval of authorized personnel. Strictly follow the procedures of document distribution and recycling to ensure that the effective version of corresponding documents is used on site. Invite the buyer to hold equipment liaison meeting in time to jointly solve relevant problems and ensure that all design and technical requirements of products meet the requirements of the bid inviter.

2、 Raw material purchase control

In order to effectively ensure the quality of raw materials and components of products, all components and parts shall be purchased in a fixed factory according to the requirements of the inquiry. Subcontractors with high popularity, good reputation and qualified products tested by authoritative departments shall be selected. Raw and auxiliary materials and components must be subject to strict inspection when entering the factory, and unqualified raw and auxiliary materials and components shall not be put into storage. When the products are delivered, the company will provide the buyer with the product quality certificate of its supporting parts and technical documents related to installation and use.

3、 Process control

During the production process, we will implement self inspection by production workers and patrol inspection by full-time inspectors. All unqualified parts and semi-finished products shall be isolated, identified, recorded, evaluated and handled in time, and shall not be transferred to the next process. Record review points, witness points and hold points shall be set up for key processes such as painting and electroplating. The quality inspection department and Quality Assurance Office shall conduct random inspection on the anti-corrosion treatment of metal parts, electroplating and paint layers, and form records to ensure that the quality of galvanized paint and rust prevention meets the standard. The surface of the shell and parts shall be treated with four in one phosphating solution to ensure that the appearance of the workpiece after phosphating is consistent and free of rust. The surface coating shall be painted or sprayed according to the requirements of the contract. The performance and quality assurance of the key components made by the company are consistent with the specifications and processes of the bidding documents.

4、 Finished product delivery inspection control

After the completion of product manufacturing, we will carefully test one by one in strict accordance with iec439-1, gb7251-97 and other national standards, contracts, drawings and technical specifications, and form records. After the specified inspection and test results meet the requirements, the data documents are approved, and the quantity, specification and model are accurately checked, the equipment quality certificate can be issued. The company will notify the buyer ten days in advance before the product is shipped, and assist in relevant supervision to ensure that qualified and high-quality products are provided to the buyer.

5、 Product after-sales quality assurance

The company will ensure that the equipment provided meets the quality, specification and performance requirements specified in the bidding documents in all aspects. During the warranty period specified in the contract, the company will rush to the site to repair or replace the defective equipment free of charge within 24 ~ 48 hours after receiving the written notice of the buyer for any damage and defect of the equipment provided due to the defects of design, manufacturing, materials and purchased parts, To meet the requirements of technical specifications.
