Product purpose:
The filter is mainly used for coarse and fine filtration of auxiliary cooling water, industrial circulating water, fire water, washing liquid and other similar suspensions of power station.
working principle:
The filtering and backwashing driving force of the machine is provided by the raw water head or pump head. The pressure of the filter chamber of the system remains basically constant, the liquid flows outward from the inner chamber of the filter element, and the entrained solid impurities are intercepted on the inner surface of the filter medium, resulting in the increase of the pressure difference between the inner and outer chambers and the gradual increase of the filtration resistance. When the inlet pressure reaches 0.6MPa, lift the locating pin, turn the operating lever to the next locating pin hole, put down the locating pin, open the blowdown valve at the outlet of the blowdown pipe, and carry out backwashing blowdown (generally blowdown is about one minute, which can also be determined by the industry and mine). This cycle operates until the end of a cycle.
Performance characteristics:
● good backwashing effect: This machine uses the clear liquid filtered by itself to backwash the filter element, and there is no need to remove the filter element for cleaning, nor need to be equipped with another cleaning system. As the gaps in the filter chamber are evenly arranged, solid impurities are retained on the surface without blocking the gaps, and the backwashing effect is good.
● continuous water supply: multiple filter chambers work at the same time in the tank of the machine. During backwashing, each filter chamber is cleaned one by one, while other filter chambers are still continuously filtered, which can ensure the continuous supply of filtrate.
● low washing water consumption: when the machine is recoiling, only one or two filter chambers are cleaned at the same time, accounting for more than 10-20% of the whole filtering area. Therefore, the sewage water consumption is less than 5% of the design flow, which is more than twice that of the traditional structure.
● large filtering area: due to the arrangement of multiple filtering chambers inside and outside the tank, the container space is fully utilized, and the effective filtering area can reach more than 8 times of the inlet area, which is about twice that of the traditional structure.
● high strength of filter element: because the filter element is manufactured as a whole and welded with multiple hoops in the length direction, the filter element has sufficient deformation resistance stiffness and strength on the premise of ensuring the filtering accuracy.
