The device is mainly used for gas supply drying and circulating drying in power system, warehouse, packaging, electronics and other industries, replacing the traditional circulating drying method of transformer hot oil. It is suitable for supplying dry air during the maintenance of transformer, reactor and other large power equipment. The provided dry air can ensure that the internal insulation of power equipment will not be affected by moisture, and the maintenance personnel will not lack oxygen when working inside the equipment. It is safer, more reliable, more economical and more convenient than using nitrogen. When using the dry air generator for equipment maintenance, it can not be affected by the change of external climate conditions. Especially for overnight operation, it only needs to seal all flanges and fill dry air with 0.1-0.3mpa without oil injection, and the transformer and reactor will not be affected by moisture. It reduces the workload of oil pumping and oil injection every day, so as to shorten the maintenance period and improve the maintenance quality. In the oil purifier process, the oil filling equipment box and oil can be inflated and dried to improve the oil purifier efficiency (more than twice). When filtering oil in rainy days, it can ensure the improvement of oil insulation and the reduction of moisture. When it is idle, it can be used as indoor air conditioner on the construction site.

Zgf series dry air generator is mainly composed of air compressor, refrigerator, adsorber, three-stage precision dry air filter, electric control system, pressure reducing valve, dew point meter, etc. The compressed air enters the precooler for cooling, then enters the centrifugal dehydration filter for the first water gas separation, and then enters the refrigerator for deep condensation and dehydration. Most of the water gas is condensed into water. The air enters the second coalescence dehydration filter, and then enters the renewable dry air filter to adsorb the remaining water gas, and the adsorbed and dehydrated dry air enters 0.01 μ M after removing particles from the high-precision filter, they are transported to the equipment requiring dry gas through the pressure stabilizing valve to ensure that the insulation strength of the transformer will not be reduced due to impurities. The dew point detector detects the air dew point and gives an alarm when the air is unqualified.
