The system has an intuitive electronic monitoring device, so that the operator can observe the situation in the tank in real time in the main control room. The components of the system are made by professional manufacturers at home and abroad, and strict aging screening is carried out before assembly, so that the system has good reliability. The system adopts high-performance industrial automation equipment such as industrial control computer and PLC, which can realize vacuum pumping and oil injection of multiple products at the same time, and has a high degree of automation and stable operation performance.

The whole system includes six main parts: oil injection unit, oil return unit, vacuum pumping unit, vacuum tank, automatic control unit and monitoring system. The status of key equipment can be monitored in real time on the computer, and the key data can be automatically formed into a report. The system provides two oil injection modes: atmospheric oil injection and vacuum oil injection. The oil injection has various working modes of automatic, manual and oil replenishment, which can remotely monitor and operate the relevant equipment (oil purifier, oil tank, etc.) of the oil treatment system.
