Product purpose:

This product is mainly used for filtration and purification of light fuel such as aviation kerosene and diesel oil, low viscosity lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil and steam turbine oil, and is used to remove particulate impurities, pollutants and water in the oil. It is the main oil purification equipment for oil depots, oil stations, fuel users and fuel production units.

The system integrates the functions of automatic demulsification, high-efficiency dehydration and precision filtration, and can effectively filter the water and impurities in the oil.

It can be used as bypass on-line filtration of oil system; It can also be used as oil pipeline filtration; It can also be used as oil pumping, refueling and circulating filtration equipment independently.

Product technical principle:

Filtering:In the system, the oil first passes through the magnetic suction filter with an accuracy of 150um to protect the oil pump from large particulate pollutants. Then the oil enters the Dingneng high-efficiency pre filter (optional 12, 7 and 5um), and then enters the protective fine filter (5um) for treatment after coalescence, separation and dehydration, so as to ensure that the cleanliness of the oil entering the user's oil tank meets the design index.
