Product Name: tyb-i series diesel special coalescence filter purifier
Product purpose:
This product is widely installed in the oil pipeline transporting aviation kerosene, diesel oil and other oil. It is used to filter and purify the particulate impurities, pollutants and water in the oil. It is the main oil pipeline filtration and purification device of oil depot, oil station, fuel user and fuel production unit. The system integrates the functions of automatic demulsification, high-efficiency dehydration and precision filtration, and can effectively filter the water and impurities in the oil.
It can be used as bypass on-line filtration of oil transportation system and oil transportation pipeline filtration.
Product features:

● impurities are filtered at multiple levels. The coarse filter element, protective filter element and fine filter element are made of European and American imported materials, and the particle size control effect is very good. (able to reach nas5-8)
Product technical principle:
Filtration: in the system, the oil first passes through the magnetic suction filter with an accuracy of 150um to protect the oil pump from large particulate pollutants. Then the oil enters the Dingneng high efficiency pre filter (optional 12, 7 and 5um), and then enters the protective fine filter (5um) for treatment after coalescence, separation and dehydration, so as to ensure that the cleanliness of the oil entering the user's oil tank meets the design index.
Coalescence: when the oil passes through the equipment, it first enters the coalescence system. Due to the special molecular structure of the coalescence filter element material, the emulsified water and free water in the oil are aggregated into large water droplets after passing through the system and sink into the water storage tank under the action of gravity.
Separation: the oil passing through the coalescence system enters the separation system again. Previously, the water droplets with large gravity have sunk into the water storage tank, but there are still small water droplets entering the separation system with the oil under the action of inertia. The separation filter element is made of hydrophobic materials specially developed by Dingneng. When the oil-water mixture passes through the filter element, the water droplets are blocked outside and gather with each other to form water droplets to sink, while the oil enters the filter element and is finally discharged from the oil purification port.
Drainage: the separated water is stored in the water storage tank and can be discharged manually and visually, or it can be measured by oil-water interface meter and discharged automatically.
