This product is specially designed to purifier and purify diesel oil. According to the characteristics of light diesel oil, Dingneng high-performance membrane filtration technology is used to purifier and refine diesel oil. The selective passage of membrane technology is used to separate and purifier impurities and moisture in diesel oil. The selective passage of purifier element is to allow oil molecules to pass smoothly and intercept water molecules and impurities, so as to separate oil and water and purifier out impurity particles, colloid and moisture in diesel oil, Improve the cleanliness and quality level of diesel fuel and improve the service performance of diesel fuel.

The membrane purifier element has a rigid structure and is resistant to high pressure. The wall thickness of the purifier membrane is 3-16mm. It belongs to deep filtration. The pores in the purifier membrane are in a three-dimensional structure, and the pore accuracy can be controlled within (30) μ m～0.2 μ m) The purifier element can be reused. Due to the characteristics of the purifier membrane, the normal working pressure of the equipment is only 0.2-0.3map. The purifier is designed with a backwash system. When the oil purifier system is blocked, the pressure will rise, and the backwash system can automatically flush the impurities from the purifier membrane pipe wall.

When the backwashing effect is not ideal, compressed air needs to be used for backwashing to remove the impurities in the purifier membrane. Because the purifier membrane is rigid, the backwashing method can blow the impurities down from the purifier membrane tube wall, and at the same time, most of the particles in the pores can be blown back to regenerate the micro pores.

When thorough cleaning is required, the quick opening top cover can be opened to completely clean the back blowing purifier membrane. This type of product is not suitable for diesel decolorization. When the refinery uses this product, the color of diesel will become a little lighter. This type of purifier can not remove the peculiar smell in diesel. It is recommended to use other professional methods to remove the peculiar smell, such as chemical method, adsorption and so on.

 

 

This type of product can not be used in the intermediate process of some small refineries. It can only be used as the terminal filtration equipment of diesel to refine the diesel to be delivered.
