Product technical principle:

This product is specially designed for filtering and purifying diesel oil. According to the characteristics of light diesel oil, Dingneng high-performance membrane filtration technology is used to filter and refine diesel oil.

The filtering principle is as follows: the emulsified oil is effectively filtered by the front filter to filter the impurities and particles, and then sent to the dehydration filter. The coalescence material in the filter assembly will coalesce the small water droplets dispersed in the oil into large water droplets. The coalesced water droplets will settle to the ponding tank at the lower part under the action of gravity and the impact force of oil flow direction, which will be discharged by the drain valve. Then use the membrane to separate the lipophilic and hydrophobic properties of the filter material, so that the oil can pass smoothly and effectively prevent the passage of water droplets, so as to achieve the effective dehydration effect. Using the selective passing characteristics of membrane technology, the impurities and moisture in diesel oil are separated and filtered.

The selective passage of the filter element is to let the oil molecules pass smoothly and intercept the water molecules and impurities, so as to separate the oil and water, filter the impurity particles, colloid and moisture in the diesel, improve the cleanliness and quality grade of the diesel fuel and improve the service performance of the diesel.

The membrane filter element has a rigid structure and is resistant to high pressure. The wall thickness of the filter membrane is 3-16mm. It belongs to deep filtration. The pores in the filter membrane are in a three-dimensional structure, and the pore accuracy can be controlled within (30) μ m～0.2 μ m) The filter element can be used repeatedly. Due to the characteristics of the filter membrane, the normal working pressure of the equipment is only 0.2-0.3map. Low pressure difference, large flow and high production capacity are the remarkable characteristics of this machine.

The filter membrane does not need to be replaced frequently, which brings customers high economy and cost performance. Under normal use, the membrane filter element can be used for 2-3 years or longer. If the oil is particularly dirty, the service life may be shortened. Usually, the membrane filter element is often cleaned and maintained, which can greatly improve its service life.

 

Fix the foundation of the filter and the ground with expansion bolts, install the filter in series on the pipeline, leave a certain space around the filter, and ensure that the working environment is safe and there is no hidden danger of open fire.

 

 

 

Due to its long service life, high cost performance, small floor area of filtration equipment, low power consumption, filtration pressure difference of no more than 0.2 ~ 0.3MPa, simple operation, low comprehensive energy consumption, material consumption, labor cost and maintenance cost, the total cost is quite low.

 

 

The filter is designed with a backwash system. When the oil filter system is blocked, the pressure will rise, and the backwash system can automatically flush the impurities from the filter membrane pipe wall.

A backwashing interface is reserved at the upper part of the filter. When the backwashing effect is not ideal, compressed air needs to be used for backwashing to remove the impurities in the filter membrane. Because the filter membrane is rigid, the backwashing method can blow the impurities down from the filter membrane tube wall, and at the same time, most of the particles in the pores can be blown back to regenerate the micro pores.

When thorough cleaning is required, the quick opening top cover can be opened to completely clean the back blowing filter membrane. The current filtration technology can not make the filter maintenance free forever. Our innovation in technical details can only prolong the service life of the filter membrane. It is necessary to regularly drain the impurities and water at the bottom of the tank and clean the filter membrane.

1. Why does diesel need to be filtered?

 

90% of diesel engine failures are caused by dirt and water in diesel. It is necessary to filter pollutants and water to restore the cleanliness of oil products. Clean diesel significantly reduces the failure rate of the engine, improves efficiency, reduces maintenance costs, reduces fuel consumption by 5-10%, has obvious fuel saving effect, and prolongs the service life of the diesel engine by 2-3 times.

 

 

The quality and cleanliness of diesel fuel is a key factor to ensure engine performance and service life. According to the Research Report of diesel engine manufacturers, 90% of the failure problems of diesel engines are caused by dirt and water in diesel. Although the diesel oil leaving the refinery is usually clean and up to standard, the oil will be polluted after many times of storage and transportation, and the cleanliness of the oil will be reduced. It is necessary to filter these pollutants and water to restore the cleanliness of the oil. Polluted diesel will increase engine fuel consumption by 5% - 20%, or even higher. For China, the problem of diesel pollution is more serious. According to the current cleanliness of diesel in China, "the national III and IV engines required by the state cannot work normally. In addition, all foreign engines currently used have reduced the use standards in order to meet the dirty diesel in China, and the exhaust emission and fuel consumption are very different from those of similar foreign engines". In China, trucks that mainly use diesel account for only about a quarter of the total number of vehicles, but the proportion of particulate matter emissions accounts for nearly 80%. They are a major contributor to automobile exhaust pollution. The use of clean diesel can greatly reduce the exhaust emissions of diesel vehicles and prolong the service life of the engine.

 

 

This type of product is not suitable for diesel decolorization. When the refinery uses this product, the color of diesel will become a little lighter. This is because the transparency of diesel increases after filtering impurities, and the pigment in diesel cannot be completely removed. To completely decolorize, please choose other methods.

 

 

This type of filter can not remove the peculiar smell in diesel. It is recommended to use other professional methods to remove the peculiar smell, such as chemical method, adsorption and so on.

 

 

This type of product can not be used in the intermediate process of some small refineries. It can only be used as the terminal filtration equipment of diesel to refine the diesel to be delivered.
