2. Function introduction:
2.1 functions of the whole machine
RG has two functions of dehydration and particle filtration, which can be realized through simple valve switching.
RG can work fully automatically without operator intervention during normal operation.
When the working state of the equipment is abnormal or needs maintenance, the equipment will send an alarm signal.
When the equipment is in danger for some reason, the internal safety system will force the equipment to shut down automatically.
The equipment is equipped with a time recorder to calculate the total time (hours) of equipment operation. Based on this, users can understand the working condition of the equipment and determine the maintenance time.
2.2 filtration system
2.2.1 a filter (fl01) with an accuracy of 150 microns is installed behind the inlet valve of the oil pump and in front of the pump to protect the oil pump.
2.2.2 kn (t micron) filter element with standard configuration is installed in the circulating filter (fl03), which can meet the requirements of oil height under normal conditions (filtering impurities).
2.3 coalescence system
Protect the filter element behind the filter (fl02) and enter the coalescence filter element in the coalescence separation container. Due to the unique polar molecules of the coalescence filter element material, the free water and emulsified water in the oil will coalesce and large water droplets will be discharged (separated water) after passing through the filter element.
2.4 RG has two functions: filtering particles and dehydration. In structure, it has two independent circuits, circulating filtration circuit and dehydration circuit. The two operations are independent of each other and give consideration to each other in use.
It is forbidden to filter and dehydrate while using dehydration circuit.
2.5 separation system
The oil after passing through the coalescing filter element enters the separation filter element located above. Before that, due to the action of gravity, the larger water droplets in the oil have settled under the container under the action of gravity.
The separation filter element is made of special materials. When the oil passes through the separation filter element, the water droplets are blocked outside the filter element, while the oil enters the filter element and is discharged from the liquid outlet. The water droplets blocked outside the filter element gather with each other and gradually increase in size, and finally settle into the water storage tank at the lower part of the container due to gravity.
2.6 drainage system
The separated water is stored in the water storage tank. When its water level reaches the set upper limit, the solenoid valve at the lower part of the water storage tank is opened to discharge the accumulated water from the water outlet. When the water level reaches the lower limit, the solenoid valve is closed and the drainage is stopped.
2.7 oil drainage system
Drain the coalesced fluid from the maintenance system when necessary.
