7. Operation method for replacing coalescence separation filter element of TYB series coalescence separation oil purifier.
7.1 stop the operation of the oil purifier.
7.2 close the inlet ball valve (MV01), open the lower ball valve (MV02) of the water storage tank, the exhaust ball valve (MV10), the ball valve leading to the oil drain pipe (MV05) and the exhaust ball valve (MV07) above the container, and close the ball valves (MV03 and mv04) at the inlet and outlet of the container.
7.3 start the motor and drain the oil in the system as much as possible.
7.4 stop the machine after confirming that there is no oil in the container.
8. Operation method of replacing protective filter element and circulating filter element.
8.1 stop the operation of the oil purifier.
8.2 close the inlet oil valve (MV01), open the ball valve (MV02), close the ball valves (MV03 and mv04) at the inlet and outlet of the container, open the ball valve (MV05) to the oil drain pipe and the exhaust ball valve (MV07) above the container.
8.3 start the oil pump and drain the oil layer in the system as much as possible.
8.4 shut down and cut off the power supply.
8.5 the maintenance personnel shall first screw the open air plug to confirm that there is no pressure.
8.6 drain about 2L of oil with sampling valve mv08 or mv11 and then close it.
9. TYB series coalescence separation type replacement suction screen operation method.
9.1 stop the operation of oil purifier.
9.2 close the ball valve (MV01) of the inlet pipe and the ball valve (MV02). At the same time, close the ball valves (MV03 and mv04) at the inlet and outlet of the container, and open the ball valve (MV05) to the oil drain pipe and the exhaust valve (MV07) above the container.
9.3 after startup, drain the oil in the system as much as possible.
9.4 shut down and cut off the power supply.
9.5 place a suitable container under the filter screen.
