Bubble free vacuum oil purifier is mainly used to inject insulating oil into oil filled transformer and current transformer, or to inject oil into 110 ~ 500kV transformer, conduit, on load switch, etc. it is used for synchronous oil sample detection of current and voltage transformers (referred to as CT and PT) widely used in power system, and oil samples are often taken. As a result, once the temperature drops, some CT PT oil replenishment device for measuring oil level adjustment to solve the phenomenon of false oil level caused by manual oil replenishment and other methods.

With small volume, reliable performance and convenient operation, the bubble free vacuum oil purifier greatly reduces the labor intensity and work difficulty, and ensures the safe operation of the equipment. It is widely applicable to the oil injection and vacuum pumping of all large and small power stations, substations and other appropriate oil replenishing equipment.

When using the bubble free vacuum oil purifier, it should be operated according to the contents and methods of the product operation manual, otherwise there will be danger and damage to the machine. The basic precautions are as follows:

1. Before starting up and using, the grounding bolt must be connected to check whether the connected power supply is consistent with the rotation direction of the pump.

2. Check whether the connecting oil pipe in the machine is correct.

3. The pressure relay in the electrical cabinet is a pressure limiting and safety protection device at the oil outlet. It has been debugged before leaving the factory. It is strictly prohibited to adjust arbitrarily without the permission of the manufacturer.

4. When purchasing the transformer, the manufacturer and the user shall determine the special connector of the transformer.
